My Blazer was brought back to the dealership where my parents bought it for me. The issue was the steering wheel controlls stopped working. After discussing the issue with your service manager, I was informed that our extended warranty would cover the repair. I was told the part would arrive in a day, 2 at most. The part arrived in 7 days, and all of your staff, including our original sales person, dodged our calls. Our family has been in business, and always believed in honesty and communication, even it was not good news for our customers. Not impressed with your customer service!

My 2025 car was in the shop for 4 months waiting on a part to be shipped. The employee who was assigned to my case rarely returned a call for feedback. I was lied to about the part coming in 2 months before it actually did just I to have me stop calling weekly for an update. I was on a wait list for a car rental and NEVER got a rental when mailings are sent out to bring your car in for service and get a courtesy rental. I bought 2 2025 Trax cars paid cash for 1 and got a loan on the other so my son could earn credit. I feel it was ridiculous to not have a car available to me the entire time my car was there for 4 months. If I had purchased a 100k vehicle I would bet one would have been available. I have a relative also going to be a cash purchase not going to Allen Chevrolet for her car because of this and unfortunately I will drive out of town for any future issues or purchase which is sad because Allen is covenant my sales man was incredible. I eventually had to go higher to GM who was able to expedite the part shipment. If I had not went higher I have no doubt my car would still be there. The employee Kenietta at GM who helped was very helpful but it shouldn’t have had to go to that. Crystal West

Made an appt 2 weeks ahead. Told them what was wrong. Dropped off car for appt at 815am. Was told by Chris about 1-2 hours to diagnosis and depending on parts should be ready by afternoon. Never heard a word. I arrived at 515 for car and was told by Chris no one had looked at my car! He tried to blame it on Nicole and she was gone for day. He offered me my car. The work is covered by extended warranty and has to be done at allen so to clause in contract when I bought car( I asked when buying warranty if I could use any Chevy dealer and was told yes. Only found out later that was a lie). I told Chris I would leave it to be fixed following day but someone needed to communicate to me following day what was going on. Surprise no one did. I had to call back in afternoon to be told they had not heard from warranty company. Long story short what should have taken 1 day to get fixed at dealer took 3. I have had several service visits at Allen with this car and all have been horrible. I normally service at Knapp in blissfield and their service department is top notch. No one at Allen cares. Only go there because I have to. Thank goodness only 2000 miles left on warranty then I won’t be back.

My experience was very disappointing. My Blazer was keep for almost 2 months. Updates were rare unless I contacted them. When my vehicle was returned it was dirty inside and out. That is not how I brought my vehicle in. While my vehicle was there I asked that my rims be fixed also. I have rim coverage. This was never done although my service advisor stated it would be. My repairs were covered under my warranty and it felt like since I wasn’t paying out of pocket I was not a priority

After waiting 3 hours for what I was told would be an hour repair....only to find it had not been completed, after paying $330.,. Plus as of now I have made 2 additional trips back to the dealership for the completion...I am scheduled again this Tuesday to once again see if it can be completed (for real this time, maybe). Its just alignment and clamp under the drivers power seat. It was right for 10 years, I hope GM can make it right again.

I was very surprised that from time they took my Traverse from the parking spot out front to the time it was back in that spot took only about 15 mins.! Much better then when my wife waited an hour and 20 from her appointment time at the last oil change. Just wish Allen Chevrolet would open the quick change building again. Not always easy making an appointment to get it done. Plus it’s nice being able to see them do the work on your vehicle knowing everything that is to be done is being done. But over all was very please with this visit.

It was a quick service so that’s was great. But I told the technician that my car was squeaking and just asked if they could glance at it quickly to see if it was something major. They said yes but to have it really looked at is almost $200 which is insane. After the car was done nothing was said. I also had the half off program for oil changes which is completely useless when they have jacked up the prices so much. Customer service is weak.

This is the third time I've had a service visit. It seems like there are always a few people just hanging out chatting in that office. Also, while in the waiting room, I witnessed a male employee go up to the toy table where two young children were playing. He swooped over the top of the table, grabbed some of the items they were playing with hurried out of the room. He never said a word to them. I watched this happen along with the parents and we just looked at each other like, what the...did that just happen?! The children were surprised as well and looked to their parents. Very disappointing; extremely disrespectful.

Worst service department experience I’ve ever had with any dealership I’ve ever worked with. They lied about the length of time the vehicle was going to be in the shop. Then when they told me it was going to be done it was never done and they added more days.They also try to get more money out of me than they originally said, and then they spilled some sort of liquid water inside my truck that smells nasty and I can’t get the smell out of the truck.

Ryan Nunn was exceptional. Signing the final purchase agreements with Jerome was a terrible experience. He was abrupt and inconsiderate and unable to explain to me, in a way that anyone could understand, why the purchase price was different than agreed upon. After I went home and tried to reconcile the difference, I made a call to the dealership asking Jerome to call me. I waited 2 1/2 days without a call and then I went back to the dealership. I went to Jerome's office and asked a simple question and he told me he already explained it to me. He then left his office and about 5 - 7 minutes later, Ryan came to get me. He showed me the differences in a way which was easily understood. As it turns out, there were several charges related to my out of state license plate requirement that was included in the purchase price. Why these charges were included in the purchase price rather than a separate line item on the agreement is still a mystery. If these charges were listed as a separate line item and not included in the purchase price, there never would have been an issue.

You had my truck for 5/6 months for recalls/ service work and when I get it back my truck has damage on the outside of the truck in multiple spot from being hit. It also was full of fuel when I dropped it off and when I got it was on E. So I had to find someone to put diesel in, which they did for me. But why was it on E when the paper work said it was only driven 4 mile. I also looked at my oil life bc that was one of the things getting done since they were working on the engine and it was at 87%, why would that not be at 100% unless it has been driven alot. I also noticed that 1 of the rotors looked scapped up like it was metal to metal. I have tried to call to talk to the service manager and asked for a call back more then once and still nothing.

This was not mentioned until well after I dropped off my car. I had to bring my car back on July 8th for evaluation and everything went smoothly during this appointment. I bought the 2024 Colorado ZR2 in November 2024 solely based on its attractive and ominous appearance a love at first sight experience. After living with it for a few months I realized that it was not a practical daily driver and family vehicle with limited space headroom and bed size it was simply an impulsive buy that we quickly came to regret. Ironically I had recently received emails from Allen Chevrolet with an upgrade offer for the 2025 Colorado ZR2 so I ignored them . After the 2nd email I noticed that in the offer there was another option for the full size Silverado 1500 upgrade so with delight and uncertainty I scheduled an appointment with Mike Johnson. Mike sold me the 2024 Colorado and that was also a great experience. I arrived at 9:40am Mike greeted me at the door looking healthy tan and fit almost unrecognizable he welcomed me with a firm handshake coffee and water and attempted to push a donut on me lol. Mike is more than a salesman or business man Mike is there to help people and he is great at what he does. Mike is plugged in and can get information quickly that I’m sure like me most people never think they will need on the spot reminding clients that he has everything under control. Mike gets to know the client by having life discussions transparent and personal back and forth interaction about family work and vacations to come easing you into an unexpected zone of comfort but not to just sell you something oh no Mike is learning what your needs are so that he can recommend the perfect vehicle that will fit your personal lifestyle . Mike is extremely patient my personal example is that we spent 2 hours discussing a particular truck that was being used by staff that I was very interested in Mike cleaned it out all of the personal belongings in the pouring rain. I test drove the truck returned to the dealership looked it over a bit more but Mike sensed an uneasy uncertain mood had come over me about the vehicle and honestly I almost felt obligated to just take it because I put him through so much data crunching weather braving and house cleaning I couldn’t bare to change my mind at this point. This is where Mike shines the most when he said “ I am here for you,This is what I do!” “I have all day I am right here would you like to see something else ? I can tell you seem unsure!” Mike wanted to make sure that I took my time and chose a vehicle that I truly loved. We went back to the drawing board and Mike carved away at all of my needs meeting me where I was with everything the days events had taught him about what I was really looking for and then he showed me 2 more trucks that were in stock. We finally found the perfect truck and I couldn’t help but rave about Mike Johnson at Allen Chevrolet in Monroe Michigan and I will be buying my next vehicle from him down the road.

I've brought my truck in 5 times now for same transmission issue. I've owned the truck less then 3 years. This last time you replaced the transmission only to have it break down. Some of the staff are very helpful. But to have a problem like this is unreal. It has cost me time and money to deal with this problem. I added a tire rotation to my routine oil change. 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, I was receiving low tire pressure alerts. My husband refilled the tires at lunch. All tires were at 27 prior to filling them. Also, my air filter was at 10%. In addition, I called because I was concerned about the tire pressure and air filter only to be told come back. I did not have time to wait/waste- and I'm now doubting what services were actually completed due to the lack of detail-my fluids weren't even topped off. I'm extremely disappointed.

I had my truck in for service and was told that it was ready to pick up. So I left work early to get there, and when I arrived, it turned out that my truck was not ready. The tech finished the job below the book hours, so he left the work order open so that he could get all the hours. Meaning I had to leave work early again the next day to go back and get my truck. When I call service the phines instantly go to hold and it takes up to 10 minutes for someone to answer.I requested to speak with the head service manager. I was sent to his voicemail. After 4 hours of no response, I called back and again was sent to his voicemail. I will not be back for service or to purchase any other vehicles.

My car was not repaired. I was told all work was done. I paid and picked up my car. Not even a mile leaving the dealership my dashboard lights up the same warning lights I took it in for. I turned around and went back to service. I told them I cannot leave my car as I need some way to get to work. The service dept took my name and wrote down what happened to give to Reggie, the service manager. That seemed all fine and well. The reason for my poor review is that Reggie has not returned a phone call or voicemail in going on two weeks. My only option now is to leave a review like this and to go back up to the dealership and talk to his boss.

Brad ,service manager was a great help with info on buying a new car. Service person was kind and helpful, they ordered parts for my truck I haven't heard from them yet. Craig Sauer is the best couldn't ask for a a smoother transition from our vehicle to the new one .sales manager is nice but a little stingy with the trade in money could have done better at another dealership but want to deal with Craig so I bit the bullet on 2 grand to stay with Allen Chevrolet.

I dropped my car Wednesday evening and was told it would be looked at Thursday morning to diagnose. After not hearing anything I called around 3 pm to find it would be Friday to be looked at. Friday I called 3x to finally find out parts would need to be ordered and it would be Monday to get the parts and be repaired. Monday I was busy and had the chance to call around 4 pm. I was informed that the parts arrived but the repair did not occur and it would be Tuesday before I could pick it up. I was without my car for twice as long as needed. I spoke with the service manager and an operations manager regarding the issues and the complete lack of communication. Additionally the tech who diagnosed the repair was off Monday which delayed my car repair. I still struggle to understand how a tech missing work delayed my repair. If I plan to buy a car and the salesperson I initially met with is off the day I want to pick it up, I would be willing to bet the dealership still has the car ready and available for me.

Check engine came on in my 2025 Colorado (3500 miles) so I scheduled service through the app. Two weeks later (Dec. 5) I was able to drop my vehicle off. Dropped vehicle off day prior to appointment. Called to check status late afternoon Dec.5 and was told vehicle had not been into service and would have to wait through the weekend. Called again Monday afternoon to check status and was told it would hopefully be NEXT. Finally was able to pick up vehicle a week after scheduled appointment and after service put forty additional miles on vehicle to TEST for check engine light. Had vehicle back one week and check engine light has returned. As a 25 year employee of General Motors I am more than disappointed with the service experience AND the perceived “quality” of the vehicle itself. I have nothing good to report to friends and family about my service experience at Allen Chevrolet. Reggie was a very fast talking, deflecting service representative.

It should not 3.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Everything I have a service appt. the time waiting gets longer at every visit. I think it is time for me to find a new service center.

Service was ok have 2021 Blazer with 48,900 miles and a couple of weeks out of warranty and they tell me nothing can be done. If that’s the case please take me off your email list don’t need ads for new car offers! Wouldn’t buy another GM product with that kind of help.
